FZ40C Wood Edge Banding Machine

FZ40C is most advanced edgebanding machine which provides complete solution for edgebanding processes.

FZ40C perfectly performs

And its function 4.5.6. structure is totally adopted Germany HOMAG KDF1402C’s Techhnology& Structure.

High frequency motors, imported electrical components, pneumatic components which high production quality and long service life.

FZ40C can easily operate at speed of 11.6m / min and can apply all popular edge materials (PVC, ABS, Melamine, Veneer, Solid wood etc.) to all types of panel up to 15 mm thickness with high precision.

*Glue unit provides outstanding gluing quality with hotmelt glue type.

Guillotine cuts PVC and other edge materials with approximately 6 -10 mm tolerance.

Due to three cylinder press units, PVC, ABS and other edge materials up to 15 mm thickness can be easily applied to panel.

*Two angled blades with two individual high frequency motors (12000 rpm each) cut away excesses from the front and rear of he edge material quickly and with precision.

By the angled blades, excess edge materials can be cut perfectly and does not cause any damage on the panel.

Top & Bottom Fine trimming units

Also Adopted the Germeny HOMAG Structure,

Its structure is the same with the HOAMG Fine Trimming Unit, one electric motor movment is along one axi.

It is much stable than the tradition machine- one electric motor moves along on 2 axis.

With high accuracy counter’s & smart design the processing effect is more accurate and easy to operated and more durable.
