1.Nose system:The nose triangular part is made up of high-quality,CNC machine tool processed,and vacuum heat treated Gr12 steel,which improves the nose unit's wear-resisting and anti-impact abilities.
2.Needle board system:The needle plate,after the insertion of high-precision needle chip into it,is further processed that makes it fit seamlessly with the nose unit and the sinker move flexibly ,and that the gloved produced feature excellent conformity to the shape of hands;this technology makes our company lead in the industy;
3.Drive system:After the initial procession,roller part and cam drive parts are further processed with the high frequency heat treatment technology, and the black rust-preventive treatment technology,which greatly improve the wear resistance mechanical strength and service life of the parts.
4.Lubricating system:Centralized lubricating system is adopted that if only an oil pump lever is pulled at regular intervals,it enables automatic lubrication to all required pars,in which machine maintenance could be made more conveniently without downtime and its durability enhanced.
