•Tanks

( Its cubage may be 500L/each - 5000L/each, depending on the scale of processing line )

•Hot water tank

( Vertical, PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temprature meter. )

•Acid tank

( SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, acid diaphragm pump. )

•Caustic tank

( Vertical, PU insulating, , with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temprature meter, caustic diaphragm pump. )

•Water tank

( Vertical has PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temprature meter. )

•Tubular heat exchanger

( Heat the cleaning solution to requirement temperature, 75-85°C )

•Centrifugal supply pump in high head

(Centrifugal supply pump in high head supply the CIP solution to each dairy equipment )

•Swing plate

( To distribute the CIP solution to each machines )

•Control panel

( Including temperature controller, steam control system, pump control. If it's complate automatic it's controlled by PLC to operate CIP program. It uses digitail to control and display temprature, PH of caustic and acid )
