We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after make the order . we will send engineer when buyer get the machine the engineer mainly install the machine and training your workers.

5.profit analysis:(for pyrolysis machine )

here is just approximate profit, You can count the really profit according these

calculation way.

For example capacity is 10 tons/ batch(as usual one day one batch)

The input:

10 tons tyres = 120 usd/ ton *10tons= 1200usd.

fuel= 800kg coal *150 usd/ton= 120usd.

Fuel can be firewood, oil,etc... But the cost almost same with coal.

Electricity = 17kw/hour *0.25usd/kw*15hour=64usd.

Salary=4 workers *25usd/day/worker=100usd.

Catalyst about 5 usd/day=5 usd.

Everyday input = 1200+120+64+100+5= 1489 usd.

The output:

tyre oil =45%*10ton tyres= 4.5ton*725usd/ton=3262.5 usd.

carbon black=35%*10ton tyres=3.5ton*800usd/ton=280 usd.

steel wire= 15%*10tons tyres=1.5ton*200usd/ton=300usd.

Every output =3262+280+300=3842 usd.

Everyday Profit is 3842usd-1489usd=2353 usd.

Every month: 25days*2353= 58825 usd.

Every year: 58825 usd*10 month= 588250 usd.

Maybe somewhere is a little far with your local price, but i am not so clearly, you can

get the really profit as this count way. Ok ?

For example. Tyre price is 100usd. 50usd or free. So the tyre cost less. The profit

will be higher.

6.The function of the final products

Fuel oil: Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity.

Carbon black: used for construction bricks with clay

Steel wires: Sold or reprocessing

Combustible gas: Can be recycled and used during process as fuel.
