Fully Auto Wood Blind Machine (JSWA 2400)

• Fully automatic wood venetian blind punching and thread-assembling device.
• Themaximum process length of wood slat is 2,400mm.
• As standard, it isequipped with 5 pieces of slat punching heads and a thread assembling device.(Possible to extend the length of the machine and add heads)
• Input the size of punching on the touch screen and set the distance between the punching and assembling devices as indicated on the screen. (Not like other manufactures' machines, we donot need to calculate the distance, using a calculator separately and inconveniently.)
• It is possible toadjust working speed.
• On the basis of 50 pieces of slats, the work from punching through to thread assembling can be completed in only two minutes.
• Regardless of the materials of wood slats, the qualities of products are uniform. (Possible to use PVC slats)
