Fully-auto high speed ironing machine

Y3300ZC high speed ironer with double chests is a new product with a large roller(the diameter is 1300mm). The main components are imported. It has the advantages of high efficiency,satisfying ironing result, high reliablility and safety and low cost. It is suitable to iron dried sheet,quit cover,table cloth and other large fabrics. This is the domestic initiated biggest type of ironer in China.

Main features:

1. High quality ironing result

The precise structure of double chests,spring and heating proof felt ensure the rollers to keep enough elasticity and spring cushion. This creates the surface well-touched.

It is introduced by a unique level device on the cylinder to create pressure which ensure the working rollers and the chests to keep balance pressure for getting high quality ironing.

A connecting plate can be heated by whirly steam system. Because many holes are underneath of the connecting plate, the steam can pass the holes at different angle, and the holes diameter is very small, high speed steam can creat whirlpool to cover all of the connecting plate. The fabrics on the connecting plate get the high temperature to iron, enhance the speed and quality of ironing.

2. Reliable and safe operation system

The ironer is installed a safe clag plate to keep fingers away. If an operator pushed the safe clag plate, the machine can be shut down immediately.

Anti-curliness device can prevent the fabrics curling in the chests. When the machine is in a case, it can be turn off immediately, then raise the rollers, the operator can take out the fabrics to prevent the fabrics in the chests.

To ensure the machine running in normal condition, a steam and compressed air control system are equipped in the machine. When steam or compressed air pressure is too low, the alarm will ring.

The four emergency buttons are set at the four corners of the machine, push any button and the machine can stop running immediately.

A pneumatic system can raise and lock up the rollers to prevent the fabrics and the proof felt damaged when the machine stops running immediately.

A big touch control screen with interactive interface is on the machine according to different consumers requirements to make a suitable program, which makes the control system easy to operate.

3. High efficiency and low consumption

The heating chests have a large angle heating surface, it has high heating efficiency.

The computer control system and the frequency inverter system can save energy and control speed. When the working conditions such as type of fabrics, moisture or temperature change, the running speed can be adjusted within 8-40 m/min.

The heating chests are adopted a unique heating chamber recycle system with many strips on double side. The steam can flow in the chamber with high efficiency. A heat preservation layer is covered on outside chests to prevent the heat losing.

The exhaust can be controlled by a fan motor on each roller. The moisture exhaust can be drained during the process of ironing to ensure the chests and the fabrics to dry quickly.
