Equipment introduction:

1,This equipment can produce single or double plies of toilet paper and single ply of kitchen towel with core or without core.

2,Production process

1)toilet paper:unwinding of jumbo roll--embossing--perforating-- rewinding--trim paper and spray glue on it--cutting--packing

2)kitchen towel:unwinding of jumbo roll--embossing--perforation-- rewinding--trim paper and spray glue on it--cutting--packing

1, Main technical parameter of Rewinding, Embossing and Perforatng Assembly:

1. Production speed: about 120-180 m/ min;
2. Width of jumbo rolls: ≤1800 mm.
3. Diameter of jumbo rolls: ≤1200 mm;
4. Requirement of Jumbo roll:For toilet paper: Double plies is 13-20 g/m² ; Single ply is 20-40 g/m².

For kitchen towel:Single ply is 30-40 g/m²

1. Weight of jumbo roll: ≤600KGS. (Any other weight can be customized)

3, Introduction of Full-automatic Roll Paper Packing Machine

It is different from semi-auto packing machine which uses bags for packaging,it uses a whole bunch of printed plastic film to form a plastic bag with portable hole and pack roll paper in it automatically.Technology is advanced. It can pack 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 toilet rolls or2,4kitchen towel rolls. It's easy to operate, highly automatic and of low cost ,etc.
