II. Wide Applications for conveyor dryer

• The conveyor dryer is a kind of drying equipment by steel nets as transport carrier raw materials continuously.
• It is suitable for continuously work. Because transmission belt is mesh, so this dryer can dry regular or irregular shape various block ( for examples: food and vegetables, cassava chip or residue, charcoal, coal ball, ).
• This machine can be used with other supporting machine and also can be used alone.

III. Working Principle of Conveyor Dryer

1. The materials are uniformly fed on the mesh-belt by material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device.
2. The cassava belt mesh dryer is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. Part of damp tail air will be exhausted by fan, tail air is controlled by valve.
3. Hot air passes through the mesh-belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.
4. Th speed of mesh-belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to customer's requirement. The unit number can be slected according to te demand.
