The characteristics of the sterilizing pot :
Full water immersion sterilization.The two pots use the same batch sterilization water alternately.After one pot of food processed,The high temperature treatment water will be put into the other pot, so that it can reduce the loss of the heat and processing water.It increased capacity by 2/3 comparing to the double layered sterilizing pot.
This equipment is an extension product on the basis of the double layered hot bath sterilizing pot.Compared with the double layered hot bath sterilizing pot ,it has the following advantages:volume of production has been doubled , energy has been saved , and the cost of the equipment has been lowered.
1.high temperature & short time sterilization:
Adopt hot water circulation between the two pot during the sterilization process.The water in the pot is heated to the required temperature ahead of time,so the sterilization time is reduced and the work efficiency is improved.
2.energy saving & production increasing
During the sterilization process,working medium can be used circularly.Because of this,the energy ,time ,labor and material has been reduced, the cost of production has been lowered also.The two pots will be used interchangeably during the sterilization .At the same time ,the production can be increased .
3.uniform temperature & every corner of the pot can be reached
Adopt international advanced technology,use hot water circulation,immersion type sterilization.During the sterilizing process,the circlulating water in the sterilizing pot goes up, down, left, right and switching constantly,to ensure uniform temperature distribution from heating to cooling.so every corner of the pot can be reached.So that the shelf life of the product is more stable and long.The temperature in the sterilizing pot remained stable during the sterilization process,so that the pass rate of the F value can be ensured.
4.automatic control system
The whole sterilization process is controlled by PLC computer,one time completed,manual operation is not needed, and it is equipped with a touch screen,all the periods controlled by the simulation sensor and automatic valve.The sterilization process can be switched from a single one to a multi-stage one. The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally.The temperature and pressure mode can be compiled to program and be inputted into the computer in advance.One hundred sterilization formulas can be stored in the computer ,so it is convenient for you to select.
5.The simulation temperature control system,can be set to a multi-stage heating mechanism.
According to the different food sterilization conditions , set different heating and cooling program at any time , a multi-stage heating sterilization method can be used,to make the heat restriction of the food to a minimum and preserve its color,smell and taste nearly perfect.so each food can be sterilized under the best condition.temperature difference±0.3°C,can avoid the phenomenon of incomplete sterilization or excessive product cooking.
6. F value can be measured:
Every sterilization pot produced by our company can be equipped with F value measuring instrument.F value will be calculated every three seconds by the software. All the sterilization data can be printed and stored after treatment by the data processing software. To convenient the production management.
