Full Automatic Disposable Plastic Cup Making Machine WH-720
The machine is suitable for using the plastic-sheet heating to a certain temperature after pressing the heat-sheet, different plastic containers of cups, bowls, boxes. It combines the material feeding , heating, drawing, forming and cutting transporting into one process.

This series produces plastic products like disposable plastic cups, plastic bowls, ice cream cups, cold drinking cups, yoghourt cups, coffee cups, jelly cups, plastic dishes, plastic trays, food containers, plastic boxes, vessel for fast-food etc.
The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by air cylinder.
The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by motor with inverter. The feeding length is controlled by the inverter.
It adopts four pillars to fix the mould.
The up mould is fixed and the down mould movement is driven by twin cam.
There are total 16 heating zones. The temperature of each zone is controlled by Temperature control module.
The production process include sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.
We adopt square steel to make the machine frame stronger.
The working performance of this machine is controlled PLC and touch screen.
