Fully automatic bottle inverter sterilizer

Introduction:

1.The machine is mainly used to sterilize the interspaces with can not be reached by high temperature materials in the mouths or capsules of bottles after hot filling and capping of the beverage like tea or juice.

2.After the product being filled and capped,the bottle shall be inverted 90º automatically and put flatware by the machine ,and the inner of the bottle shall be sterilized through the high temperature of the materials and then bottles shall be put vertically and enter into the shower and cooler.

3.The machine runs steadily and reliably and does not harm to the bottle body while the transmission speed can be adjusted steplessly because the transmission chains are imported to install in the machine.

4.The machine is fully made of sus304 stainless steel ,elegant in appearance more convenient in operation.

Features:

The machine is mainly used on fruit juice or tea drink hot bottling lines. It could overturn bottles, which have been filled and sealed, to sterilize inside of bottle month and caps by high temperature drink in bottle. Chain conveyor overturns finished bottles from upright to horizon when sterilizing cap and bottle mouth. And the conveyor transfers bottles into cooling tunnel.

2. it mainly consist of chief conveying chain system,support,bottle reversing chain system,bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle repositioning rod,Use its inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other heat souce,So it can save energy.
