FULL AUTOMATIC BAND SAW (Split front vise)

n The work holding vise is split so that it clamps the work piece on both sides of the cutting plane. Split front vise is used for tightly clamping both of the work piece and cut piece, and it is firm and avoid shaking of short work piece cutting.

n Splitfront vise clamping system minimizes remaining feeding material.

n The fixed clamping vise uses high rigid steel clamping plate, which ensures precision and enhances wear resistance.

Mitre double column band saw

n Mitre band saw can cut in 0~60°angle by rotating the work table besides vertical cutting.

n The inclined saw frame design is suitable for cutting H beam, I beam, channel beam and deformed steel.

n The saw body is assembled on large scale hydraulic driving turn table and controlled by the flow speed control valve, which ensures the precision of angle rotating.
