FTB series fuidized bed in the casting shop is suitable for better liquidity molding sand (such as resin sand, sodium silicate-bonded sand) with free binder to cool and separate micro power from sand.

When boiling, sand makes friction each other, having a certain soft regeneration. Pouring the recirculation cooling water into the heat exchanger unit is helpful that a certain wind pressure and air volume of high-pressure blower effect on sand in the boiling box to keep the fluidized state which can exchange heat with heat exchanger.

Additionally, the machine designs a dust catcher. So the machine has features of efficient cooling, better separation micro dust from sand, etc.
