Pulper

The machine adopts the abroad advanced technology, using double stage or single stage taper type screen mesh structure, it can avoid the blocking of screen hole.

The residue and juice can be separated very well, and the water content of residue can reach the foreign level. Screen mesh uses special material to guarantee the working life.

Using the liquid lube oil, double stage oil sealing designing and cooling water passage, all the above method can guarantee the working life of the axes.

At the bottom of the pulping machine there is balance tank with automatic liquid level controller which can realize the online linkage control, in this way, the jam can be conveyed to the concentrated machine equably.
