4. Working Process of Juice Machine:

1. The equipment conveys bottle to the star-wheel drive l through bottle feeding flue, and then to the bottle clamping mechanism of washing machine.

2. The bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle neck and overturns for washing the inside and outside walls of the bottle along the guide rail of washing machine, the washed and dry bottle is conveyed to the star-wheel drive ll.

3. And then to the bottling machine through the star-wheel drive lll, the bottle clamp plate may hold the bottle neck and open the bottling value for bottling the machine along the guide rail.

4. After bottling, the bottle is delivered to the capping machine through star-wheel drive IV and star-wheel drive V, the bottle clamping plate of the capping machine holds the bottle neck for capping.

5. Finally, the well capped beverage bottle is conveyed to the conveying chain though star-wheel drive VI, finish washing, bottling and capping.
