Flotation Machine Application:

Floatation machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal. It is also used for separating nonmetal, such as fluorite and talcum.

KYF(XCF)II Inflatable Mechanical Stirred Flotation Machine

It’s the flotation machine of deep grooves with inflatable mechanical stirred, there are two models: XCF and KYF, the model XCF equipped with the capacity of slurry absorption, model KYF unequipped this capacity, if combine the two models, that is, the first groove of every process can allocate model XCF, the other grooves allocate KYF flotation machine, it’s horizontal allocation between the processing unit, the bubbles return without bubble pump. If single use the KYF flotation machine, it will need step configuration between the processing unit, and bubbles get back need bubbles pump. It used large and medium-sized concentrating mill for rough scavenging and choiceness work, it can select the nonferrous metals , black metals and nonmetal mineral, the particle size range of the selected materials is 0.01 between 0.3(-0.074 granulometric content is greater than 50% ).
