4. Raw materials and specifications:

(1) Select the fully mature and normal color of fresh bananas, no disease pest and rot material.

(2) Slice thickness:3-8 mm.

5. Basic condition:

5.1 Factory area: meet the food processing plant health requirements, 500-800 m^2.

5.2 Water usage: meet the requirements with food and drinking water standards.

5.3 Power: 50 kW, 380V-50Hz.

5.4 Steam: 1100kg/h, boiler outlet pressure P≥1.0MPa.

5.5 Air compression: rate 0.4 m³/min, pressure 0.8MPa.

5.6 Labor: 8-10 person.
