Generally we have air -cooled , water cooled, high-temperature air cooled, high temperature water cooled different style, it can be widely used by your selection.

1.High efficient air to air heat exchanger. When the temperature of compressed air rised, it will reduce the related humidity of compressed air(usually less than 20%) , it will benefit to the metal corrision.

2.High efficient evaporator. The aluminum foil wing connected to the copper pipe to expand the heat transferring area in airside.

The installation precaution of freeze dryer:

1.We usually install the pre-filter to ensure the heat transferring effect.

2. By-pass valve should be installed in the system if the gas need to be without interruption.

3. The filter installation will be equipped according to customer's needs.
