General Introduction

Ribbon mixer features high mixing precision, and widely applicable to food, chemical industries.Vessel, blending parts, drive unit, feeding and discharging comprise the main body. Jacket and spraying system are optional if required. Convection, shearing, functioned by multiple ribbon decrease the dead angle area. It achieves good mixing effect for the mixture even with liquid additives less than 15%. Different discharging systems are optional.

Product Features

1. Drive Unit
   Cycloid reducer or gear reducer is optional

   Ribbon Connection
   Bolt connected shaft makes it easy to make maintenance for blending parts.

2. Flap Valve
   Flap valve, flush with the vessel, makes sure no dead angle when mixing.

3. Heating/Cooling Jacket

4. Cool or heat the materials using vessel jacket. Water, steam or oil water is optional as medium

5. Main Shaft Seal
   Air purge seal, together with packing seal make sure good sealing effect for the main shaft.

6. Mixing Effect
   Double ribbons gather the material from sides to center and inside ribbon transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix. It has a good result for mixing viscoside or cohesive powders, evenputting liquid and mash material into the powder.

7. Top Cover
   Could be fully open so as to clean, with safety grid and limit switch to make sure safety operation for workers
