The spiral mixer with automatic dough discharge is a mixer with a special discharging device that saves work and eliminates all physical effort in the extraction of the dough.
The patented discharging system is suitable for virtually all kinds of dough. It operates in a simple and reliable manner. When the spiral changes the sense of rotation, it lifts the dough to the top of the bowl. From there the expulsion device pushes it outside. The dough is deposited on a work table or on a conveyor belt to be forwarded to the hopper of the divider.
The mixer features two speeds motor, two electronic timers, hand/automatic switching, automatic switch control from low to high speed, and extraction control (reversing the sense of rotation of the mixer).
The tipping device allows the unloading of the dough in the mixer cone. When the mixing cycle is over, the tipping device makes easier the task of emptying the trough and transporting the dough. It is really easy: just press a button and the tipping device lifts the mixer so the dough comes straight in the mixer cone.
