This machine is devised by our president,only our factory can manufacture this machine in the world at present.

1.This processing center is a special equipment used for cooper or aluminim busbar processing in electric power ,equipments for high and low voltage and busbar groove industry with characteristics of high efficiency,low consume,labor-saving,environmental,high accuracy,attractive in appearance,easy to operate and so on.

2.This center has original processing principle and method,which is completely different from the former conception of processing.It is adopted 4-axis control and 1-time clamping method.Work of punching,bending,shearing and so on can be finished without the aid of operate from rough material to finished work pieces.only clamping the baned pre-processing busbar to its right position for one time and matching with related programming operation.Work pieces are automatically finished and waste is recycled completely.

3.This center adopts double pneumatic clamps,which achieves interactive accomplishment of automatic feeding without limiting the length of busbar with the location accuracy of ±0.1mm.

4.Punching unit takes 8-die turret punching method.Choosing die,locating and accurately controlling pitch of holes are finished automatically.

5.Adopting special bidirectional bending system to guarantee left-right bending finished one time.the precision of bending angle is controlled in ±0.5°

Processing principle induction

Accessory drawing 1 is this machine processing principle.The machine will work after putting the processing copper material on the worktable and locating using fedding clamp 4 fixed tightly.When the clamp feeds copper to punching unit,it can control holes distance of X axis and punching unit can control holes distance of Z axis.Turret 12T axis choose model to start punching work.The feeding clamp will continue feeding cooper to bending position after finishing punching.Then fixing the clamp 8 tightly,the bending procedure will start after setting of angle and choice of right or left directions.(at the time,shearing unit 9 will be in decline state for supplying bending space),after bending,clamp 4 will feed copper to cutting position.The unit 9 will rise to original position,cutting knife 10 cuts it,then the work piece is finished.

When the length of processing work piece is more than feeding clamp route,clamp4 and 8 will finish the work together.Clamp 4 feed materials to clamp 8for fixing,the clamp 4 reture with no-load and works again.this method can used for processing of 600mm length work piece.
