Flotation production line as follows:
The ore enters into jaw crusher for preliminary crushing, then sent into ball mill through elevator and feeding machine, pulverized and grinded by ball mill. The next process: classification. According to the principle of different proportion of solid particles, and different speed in liquid precipitation, spiral classifier cleans and separates the ore mixture. Due to the different susceptibility of each ores, the magnetic materials, with the function of magnetic power and mechanical force, are separated out of the ore mixture, which has been cleaned and graded. Based on different ore characteristics in different pharmacy, the need mineral materials are separated with other ores in the flotation machine. Because it contains a large of moisture, it should be concentrated in the concentrator for preliminary concentrating and at last dried in the drying machine.

Flotation machine/Flotation cell can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.Working Principle:The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.

When the machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve so that the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed to be mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with flotation reagents. Meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry, thus forming the mineralized foam. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard so that the useful foams are scraped out.

Ore flotation equipment is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metals such as fluorite and talc. There are many actions in iron ore beneficiation digesting. Floation machine can improve the quality of the products in the iron ore processing plant.
