5+6 double rail high-speed production line of wood composite floor

This automatic production line is mainly applicable to the continuous production of floor. It features in advanced design, compact structure, easy utilization, intensive automation and reliable performance. The cutter axis at each station can be rotated freely to different angles; or the multi-functional configuration of traverse axis milling cutter and jumping cutter, etc. may be applied to meet different processing needs of various tongue and groove plates.

Remark: the longitudinal double thin rail double end milling machine is of L-shaped narrow chain structure, and the traverse double end milling machine is equipped with traverse axis and jumping cutter.
