Carriage Structure

Due to the Aluminum Alloy molded carriage, the sluggishness of carriage during running is reduced for its small weight, and knitting speed can be substantially increased. The two-arm-structure also improve the rigidity of carriage, provides much more working stability to the machine.

Revolving Sinker

Revolving Sinkers are equipped on both needle beds to prevent loops from floating upward. It makes knitting without old loops possible. Together with sub roller, full fashioned fabric and bulge fabric can be knitted.

Sub Roller

This component is necessary to knitting full-fashioned garment. It reduces the shrinkage at course direction, provides the variability of fabric construction, and enhances the quality of fabrics.

Needle Plate

Needle beds composed of needle Plates is extremely firm. When needle crash encountered, needle beds could be recovered by changing needle plate instead of replacing the whole bed, hence to minimize the economic lose.

Cam System

The conformation of the cam system is quiet compact, actions such as knitting, tucking, no knitting, loop delivering, loop taking areal concentrated in one cam system, Within one system, knit, tuck, or no knit is carried out, and the loop transferring or taking is independent of carriage direction.

Yarn Storage (Option)

Whichever you choose, it guarantees smooth knitting with even most delicate or poor elastic yarn to avoid holes forming or yarn break in fabric (especially suitable to knit worsted yarn, rabbit hair yarn).

Color LCD panel

10.4 color LCD panels, all kinds of data are showed on and modified possible through it. The customer can easily get whatever information he wants.

Take up Roller	Main roller, moment motor controlled, 24 selectable levels, each level has a range of 0 99 to be adjusted. Sub-roller cooperates with sinkers to knit full-fashioned garment.
Drive System	Belt-driven, AC servo motor driven without limits.
Stop Motion	All necessary devices to stop the machine and give an alarm in case of yarn break, large knot, needle break, fabric press-off, wraparound check, needle smash, racking error, program error, and pieces count etc. Small knot cause several courses at lower speed.
Control System	10.4color LCD panels, all kinds of data are showed on and modification possible through it. We provide you two ways to input pattern data, 3.5floppy disk and U disk. The memory on the machine is 32 M, Max goes to 1G, and large amount of patterns can be stored and selected to knit. The pattern design system is easy-handing and used for free, even more upgrading allowable.
