Caution for silo installation ,

1. Do not jack the bin under windy conditions. This could result in damage or injury.

2. When jacking, raise the bin only high enough to add one tier of wall sheets.

3. Start installation of each new tier of wall sheets on the windward side of the bin.

4. The bolts should not be fastened until each floor of body sheet is connected.

5. In order to avoid the rubber sealing ring connected bolts break, should use electric spanner screw nuts, the blot should not rotate.

6The rip sealant should used at the vertical tag between the boards, the connection parts between the down board tag and up board, that is three board connection parts should also seal with rip sealant.

7. Lower the bin and secure to foundations before leaving the job site.
