1. General descriptions

This kind revolving flash vaporization drying machine is a new and high-efficiency fluidified drying equipment which is researched and developed for overcoming low-efficiency and high consumption of static drying. Intergrating normal fluiding drying's characteristic, with more reasonable design and steady operation, so widely used in foodstuff, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, such as pigment, dyestuff, chemicals, animal feed and pharmaceuticals.

2. Working principle

When the model XSG revolving flash vaporization drying equipment works, the materials will be inputted into the drying chamber of the mainframe dryer by the feeder, and rotating along with the rotational flow. At the same time, the fresh air pass through the filter and heated by the heater, then the hot air turn into the drying chamber to make heat exchanging with the wet materials. Dried materials go into the cyclone separator and be collected.
