ZH Series Flange Welding Line

This machine is composed of main & idle chuck,branch pipe assembling unit(equipped with two or more sets by user defined)&guiding table.

Product feature:

1)The movement of main &idle-working bable and rotatio of main&idle-chuck all adopt motor driving and digital display (or CNC control)

2)The machine is used for positioning,assembling and welding between steel pipe and flange,and between branch pipe and branch flange.

3)Simple operation,accurate and easy positioning,high working efficiency,small working area,save loading time.

4)It is controlled by PLC system and HI,easy operation and stable operation.

5)The machine should be driven by motor, with NC or CNC display ,simple operation,accurate welding angle of branch pipe.

6)Equipped with two or more sets of branch pipe assemblling by user defined.
