Yield and throughput
Backbone is 7% of whole gutted cod.
Swimbladder is average 1,3% of the whole gutted cod
Scraped fish flesh from the backbone is 10% of the backbone weight.

Can be used for other types of fish than cod.

This machine is focused on processing bigger fish 4 kg whole gutted and up, of course the machine can take smaller backbones with configure. If you are a saltfish processor this machine is a must for you.
