1. Introduction

Fish meat deboning machine is one kind of fish meat process machine mainly used to take fish meat from fishbone, skin and tendons.

Fish meat deboning machine is the professional machine for extracting meat of marine fish, water fish and shrimp.

It is made of stainless steel 304 and stainless steel of machine parts touching food directly meet GB9684-88 (Chinese standard).

3. Working Principle

1). Cut off fish head and fish maw, slit the fish into two pieces and clean.

2). Check pressure regulator before start the machine and running for 30 seconds.

3). Put fish into receiving hopper (fish meat close to the barrel with holes and the fish back close to rubber belt). Under the pressure between rubber belt and barrel, the meat is took into barrel through holes. Then the rotating barrel send the fish meat out. The fish bone and skin were took off from the barrel by scraper knife.
