FHT3727 Glass cutting machine:

FHT3727CNC glass cutting machine applies Italian CNC control system ,and achieves the point control for X,Y and Z shafts and linkage movement of three shafts by Japanese YASKAWA servo system, It provides belt and pneumatic for glass transmission, and suitable for glass shape and straight-line cutting; It can be used independently or form the automatic cutting set with automatic glass loading table and glass break out table.

The machine consists of a high-strength electro-welded steel structure made up of a fixed base. The principal characteristics of the machine are:

· Work table covered with a low coefficient of friction mat and with air outlet holes for easy handling of the glass sheet.

· Air cushion produced by a high-output low-noise blower.

· System for loading and unloading sheets with tilting arm.

· Safety photo-electric cells around the perimeter of the table in compliance with EC directives.

Optical profile learning reader

The profiles are detected by means of a point scanning system that reads the surface of the template on the machine’s work table. The template can be glass, wood, plastic, cardboard or metal. Main characteristics :

· Detection, by means of a single pass, of both the internal and external profiles of a template without the need to carry out multiple independent passes.

· Simultaneous scanning of up to 10 different profiles.

· Automatic regeneration of the profile with instant cutting.
