FD-1 Freeze Dryer

Vacuum freeze-drying technology, abbreviation freezing and drying, also calls the sublimation drying. Note:

(1)Preparation samples should as possible expanded its surface area, which shall not be contains acid alka substances and volatiles sexual organic solvent.

(2)Samples must full freeze formed ice, as has residues liquid will caused gasification jet.

(3)Note cold well about for -65°C, can do low temperature refrigerator using, but must wearing insulation gloves operation prevent frostbite.

(4)Start vacuum pump, inspects the water valve whether to screw tight, whether the charge valve does shut down, organic cover glass and oak rubber or plastic rings contact face whether to have the contamination cleanly, good seal.

(5)Ordinary circumstances, this machine do not the long-term usage surpass for 48 hours.

(6)Samples in the process of refrigeration, the temperature reduce gradually, may tale out the sample. After returning to warmer weather period of time, continue dry, reduces the drying time.
