1.There is ametal detecting devicein the layer feeding part to protect the machine.

2. Licker-inoverlow speed protection, so as to prevent fiber jams.

3. Below the licker-in, there fixed withmote knife and pre-carding segment, which can help remove impuritew and short fibers, and reduce the carding loads.

4. Equipped with abroken sliver stop motionfor sliver delivery part.

5. The direction of the revolving flats and the Cylinder is opposite; stationary flats and web purifiers are fixed in the front and back of the Cylinder to enhance the carding and cleaning efficiency.
