Application Scope:

Widely used in three-dimensional processing of wood products, 360°carving human body, statues, sculptures, handicrafts, furniture, stone handicrafts and so on.

1. Bed, gantry steel seamless welding, the high temperature aging treatment, steel strong, no deformation. Side panel, block and other parts adopt industrial casting aluminum parts, stable performance, no deformation, long service life.

2. X, Y, Z axes adopt Taiwan original linear guide rail and TBI precision grinding ball screw, high accuracy and precision tool position, fully guarantee machine’s high speed and accuracy.

3. Adopt imported Japan Yaskawa 5 series servo drive system, big torque, high accuracy, high speed and stable performance;

4. Standard configuration with four spindles, make sure batch production, greatly improving production efficiency and reduce processing costs.

5. Workpiece clamping by cylinder, one-button automatic pressure locking, thimble fixed up and down in order to ensure that the workpiece firmly blessing, to prevent the workpiece damage because of workpiece misalignment during machining

6. Workpiece clamping length 1150mm, (diameters can be 500mm while processing four workpiece at the same time;cube length and width can be 400mm*400mm)

7. Spindle with domestic 4.5KW water cooled spindle, step-less speed regulation, 0~24000rpm/min, big torque, good heat dissipation, maintenance-free, variable frequency spindle system by using Shenzhen SUNFAR high performance frequency converter, stable performance, fast speed, step-less adjustable, strong anti interference.

8. Standard industrial chillers matched, to ensure rapid cooling and long time constant temperature spindle processing.

9. Patented design of the spindle horizontal machining methods, the cylinder with constant, increased processing speed, compared to the traditional way, efficiency increased by 30%.

10. Adopt advanced Taiwan four axis CNC control systems, good compatibility, can be compatible with Artcam, Type3, Coreldraw, Ucancam such as CAD, CAM design software, can control the completion of the multilayer surface 3D processing, can carry on the fast smooth three-dimensional processing, carving and cutting. Be compatible with U disk read, more convenient operation.

11. The cable adopts YC CNC machine tools high flexible cable shield machine of reciprocating motion of up to 8 million times.

12. Standard American industrial aviation plug, a soft metal cable sheath. To avoid press, touch the cable damage.

13. Standard centralized lubrication system, convenient operation, and collective supply, so that the machine parts service life is greatly improved.
