Scope of application:

This machine is with multi-functions like engraving, cutting, milling, drilling, etc.

It is widly used in woodworking,decorative industry, foam processing industry and other molding industries.

Feathers of the machine:

1. ATC spindle adopts Italy HSD 9.0kw air-cooling spindle with very good performance, fit for long time producing in the processing line and easy maintain, fit for long time producing in the processing line and easy maintain.

4. Adopt Japanese servo drive system,high torque and precision,fast and stable performance.

5. Install Taiwan Planet speed decelerator, enlarge the torch of servo motor, increase the speed and accuracy, protect the servo motor.

7. The whole lathe is thickening steel structure,scientific welded, upright and support plate, all using cast process that ensures the high stability.

8. Z axis use Taiwan TBI high precision screw rod,high accuracy in working.

9. Using Taiwan straight-quadrate rail, two rows and four line-rolling block devices that ensures its high loading capability, moving stabilility with high precision and wearability.

10. Using high accurate slash pinion and rack transmission. The highest speed is 60m/min. It can clearly engrave the 1mm small word.

Attach patent designed fittings which can adjust pinion and rack clearance automatically. After long time working pinion and rack space may become loose, the patent design fittings can adjust the space automatically, keep the space tight, maintain high precision and working efficiency.

11. SUNFAR high performance transducer, high frequency electronic anti-jamming system.

12. Patent design cavate vac-sorb table. There is support point under the vacuum table, made according to Italy BIESSE, avoid after long time adsorb, the middle central part sink, or the lateral part upwrap.
