EZG-IIB hydraulic two-step propulsion pipe-making machine/EZG-IIB hydraulic 4-cylinder two-step propulsion pipe-making machine.

This machine is applied to large-diameter steel pipes and fills the gap of thick-wall seamless steel pipes above Φ630mm and straight seam welded pipe above Φ377mm.The technology is particularly suitable for small batch production of various non-standard steel pipes.

The machine’s product line:

1.The hot steel pipe expansion machine norms:the system offers the pipe diameter range:Φ60~1420mm,the wall thickness range:3~120mm,and the length of the raw steel materials :3~24m.

2.The expanding machine model(special alloy core rod for hot expanding steel pipe ),medium -frequency heating coil,this two parts individually by the user.

3.The drawings of the hot expanding pipe mandrel rod supplied by the supplier, make your own by the user.

4.Ancillary equipment including the hydraulic steel tube unbender machine,steel pipe end notch band saw,and steel test equipment,this parts individually by the user.

5.silicon controlled medium frequency power,medium-frequency heating coil,compensating capacitor,the water blocking power cables ,electric reactor, the above products must be cooled with circulating water .Customer should bring along their own circulating water cooling system,we can supply the reference drawings

6.The hydraulic system of the machine pressure with pressure 21MPa and hydraulic oil L-HM(antiwear hydraulic oil 46#).

1.We will installed a digital display screen to watch online pressure and temperature On the operating table , customers should be control the automatic feeding through the PLC programming.

2.It can work in set automatic constant temperature range and hydraulic pressure range.The system will automatic stop to protection itself ,at the same time it will alarm by overload or mistake.

3.It can be electric control the adjustment device of the heating coil before and after on the operating table.

4.The solenoid valve electric control can be realized through the equipment of each gate opening and closing.

5.The system expansion pipe which can realize the remote video monitoring , automatic loading and automatic hot steel pipe expansion work.
