Eye-drop Filling and Cap Sealing Machine

Function:

JGY-60 Automatic Eye-drop Packing Machine combined with mechanic, pneumatic and automatic, is the representative of a new generation eye-drop filling production machine in China. Automatic eye-drop packing machine is specially applied with eye-drop production—automatic bottle straightening, inner plug pressing, and finally cap sealing. Machine could also be equipped with dryer and bacteria system according to customer’s request, whole machine is divided and installed and connected strickly complied to GMP medical production standard.

This machine has a function of automatic bottle-straightening, bottle-position sensor(filling only happens when there is bottle), inner plug falls only when bottle comes to certain position, cap falls only when bottle with inner plug pressed in comes to certain position, and with the function of automatical cap sealing. Machine could meet the filling demands of round, oblate, or bottles with edge especially suitable for filling various kinds of liquid and bottle and the inner plug. Machine design is complied with GMP medical producing standard.

Working Method:

Put the bottle on bottle straightening machine manually, and bottle will be conveyed to the filling machine, then bottle fall down to the working turntable, pass over to the filling postion, if electronic eye detect the coming of bottle, then filling work is to be done, and then fall down to the position where inner plug to be pressed into bottle, and next to the position where bottle cap should fall on the bottle, finally get to cap sealing position and conveyor will take away the filled bottle.
