Materials for mortar:

1. Binders:Cement, hydrated lime, anhydrite, gypsum.
2. Filler:Silica sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.
3. Mineral admixture:Ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.
4. Water-retention and thickening material.
5. Chemical additives:Cellulose esters, superplasticizer, air entraining agents, accelerating agents, retarding agents, defoaming agents, hydrophobic agents, and etc

Application Range:

1. Bonding mortar:Masonry mortar, wall and floor tile adhesive mortar, anchorage mortar etc.

2.What’s the difference between full-automatic line and semi-automatic line?

A:(1)Sem-automatic line need manual help to upload materials,while full-automatic line need not.

(2)semi-automatic line may not need material silos,full-automatic line need.

(3)Semi-automatic line is relatively cheaper than full-automatic line.

3.How many person needed in this line?

A: 2-3 workers will be enough to operate this line.

4.What equipment you can offer?

A: We offer equipments from storage system to packing system. The whole working process.

5.What is factory area needed?.

A: It depends on the line type. 40-1000m*m will be enough.

If your area is not enough,we can design tower type plant which takes less floor area.

6.What’s the total power consumption (KW)?

A:It is about 20-200KW. It is widely depends on the capacity and number of raw materials.

7 What’s the capacity of the line?

A:1-120 ton per hour.

8.What’s the guarantee period?

A:12 months. With in this 12 months we take care of all the problems occurred, after that we offer repair and maintain service(online type and in person type.).

9.Can you install in my country?

A:Yes, we offer oversea installation service.

10:Can you teach us how to operate this line?

A:Yes.We offer training service free of charge.

11:How can I inspect the line before shipment?
