Application and main design features OF Electro hydraulic drum brakes:

1.YWZ4B series industrial electro hydraulic brakesare widely used in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, and civil construction as brake gears of various machines.

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of JB/ZQ4388-1977. Technical conditions meet JB6406.2-1992.

3.YWZ5 series industrial electro hydraulic brakesare safe and reliable performances, smoothbrake, high frequency fo action, the brake torque is adjustable.

4.Main waging hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearing which give high efficincy of transmission and long service life and need to lubrication during application.

5.Such device can be added on this series brake upon request of the user.

6.Brake shoes adopte insertion method which is safe and reliable and is simple and quick for replacement.

7.No need to adjust the interloking equal clearance device which will always keep the clear ance equal at both sides of the brake shoes during application. The hpenomena of brake linings sticking to the drum at one side due to the uneven clearance can be avoided.

8.The following additional fanctions can be realized by adding special devices.

9.Release(open) or close limit switch, may indicates whether brake is properly released or closed.

10.Adopt thruster which fall delay valve as drive systerm. This can realize closing delay of brake.

1.Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing ,the transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.

2.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.

3.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.

4.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
