1.Laminated glass produced by our machine is the first domestic one that obtain CCC certification. Our machine is CE approved. The rate of finished product reaches up to 99%.

2.Our glass laminated machine can manufacture laminated glass with TPU/PVB/EVA film as interlayer, it’s one and only in China.

3.Patented heating system can improve heat rapidly, and turbo blower makes wind strong convection and hot air circulation, saving energy consumption by up to 40%-50%. Temperature difference inside the furnace can not exceed 3°C.

4.Warm-keeping system features 8mm thick galvanized angle steel with seamless welding which ensures the machine more durable. 10cm thick insulation layer save energy by 10%20%. Moreover, the appearance receives baking finish treatment, enhancing anti-corrosion performance.

5.Our machine is equipped with a special two-stage water-cooling vacuum pump. It can continuously work for 24hrs with high efficiency. As for silicon bag, 3mm thick, its main materials are imported from USA, which is worth 2200RMB/m2, very different from local silicon bag which is priced at 300RMB/m2. The service life of the imported silicon bag is 4-5 years, while the local one is 0.5-1 year.

6.PLC system realizes man-machine conversation, computer controlled and all program complete automatically. Time and temperature setting is easy and convenient based on different glass thickness. Working condition is displayed on the touch screen. Operation is more accurate.

7.The equipment can be used to produce architectural laminated glass, bullet-proof glass and artistic glass sandwiched with flower, silk, cloth, pattern and photo etc. Real flower laminated glass can be made by our furnace only, and mainly exported to Japan and South Korea now.

8.The machine can produce arch laminated glass, and max arch height is 400mm. It raises core competence of glass processing enterprise. It’s the one of important advantages compared with high pressure autoclave production line, not only lower cost and easier operation.

9.All spare parts of the machine are from famous suppliers, such as some from Japan and electric components from Delixi. We offer you spare parts during service life of the machine.

10.Perfect after-sales service is provided. Engineers available to service machinery overseas. We install machine at your factory and guide you to operate it.
