Introduction

1,Elbow push system specifications:outer diameter Φ25mm(1″)~Φ1420mm(60″),wall thickness 5~120mm.

2,Bending radius of elbow≥1,bending radius ≤(3-5), angle 22.5°,45°,90°,135°and users need.

3,The customers separately buy the special alloy core rod for pushing elbow and heating coil.

4,Ancillary equipment:proper mouth hydraulic press,bend plastic mould,tube end incision machine,bend inspection equipment,this above parts individually by the user.

5,About the pull rod which used to pull the special alloy core rod for pushing elbow,users do it by himself,we can supply the reference drawings.

6,silicon conrtollde medium frequency power,medium-frequency heating coil,compensating capacitor,the water blocking power cables ,electric reactor, the above products must be cooled with circulating water .Customer should bring along their own circulating water cooling system,we can supply the reference drawings

7,The hydraulic system of the machine pressure with pressure 21MPa and hydraulic oil L-HM(antiwear hydraulic oil 46#).
