Evaporator working principle:

Solvent of mixed oil is vaporized by heating,thus oil concentration of mixed oil is improved, i.e. volatile solvent is separated from nonvolatile matters.As for choice of evaporation system,long-pipe evaporator(also named raising film evaporator) is widely used to oil plants now.
