Features:
1) Material putting system: the measuring mechanism utilizes electronic
measurement apparatus detection, and coordinates with the operation
of PLC and PC to control material quantity precisely. The machine moves
by applying worm gear decelerator, conjoins brake motor to drive, and
high speed displacement controlled by inverter, the position can be
checked by electronic positioner accurately
2) Mould clamping system: the tow-step speedy mould opening / closing
mechanism with detecting device of fully mould closing. Large mould
plate design can apply to various styles of moulds flexibly with high
accommodation
3) Computerized control system: the PLC control module works through a
graphic human-machine interface to show all monitoring information and
set-up conditions, such as material input rpm, volume, temperature,
operation time, productivity, and mould information. All the information
can be controlled and operated on a touch screen. The operation
instructions are clear and easy to learn. Through human-machine
interface, the computer can directly decide if examination for
maintenance or breakdown is needed, which will shorten much time for
maintenance. According to different levels of operators, maintenance
staff and managers, multistage password control system is available for
preventing the machine from negligence, and protecting the production
information
4) Hydraulic system: working with computerized control system, adopts
storage energy device, and can save energy efficiently. The proportional
valve can precisely control multistage pressure volume and speed. There
are 2 sets of pumps independently designed to decrease noise and
increase efficiency
