This line adopts advanced technique, which integrates gas, electricity and machinery, and this line is the special equipment for processing colored steel sandwich panel. Its working speed can be adjusted byfrequency converter, and it can process sandwich panel at one time. 4. Construction

This machine mainly consists of Roll forming machine and Sandwich panel laminating system.

1) Roll forming machine consists of Feeding system, Roll forming system, and Cutting system

2) Sandwich Panel Laminating system consists of such equipment as Decoiler, Feeding, Queenzing, Heating, Laminating, Edge rolling, Edge turn-over, Groove-making, Edge prning, Pneumatic device, Automatic cutting and PLC.
