Technical parameters

1. The de-rusting grade should be up to ISO890-11988 A-B Sa2.5 and the roughness should be to Ra 70um.

2. Adopts intermediate frequency heating and the preheating temperature should be lower than 240°C.

3. Adopts high-voltage electrostatic spraying to spray the work piece and the powder can be recycled by recovery package.

4. Efficiency of the coating line is 4~12m/min.

5. Coating thickness after curing is 0.18~0.3mm.

6. Range of work piece: diameter from 8mm to 40mm, length <12000mm.

7. Energy consumption: total power is about 1100kW, compressed air: P>0.8Mpa, q>6.0 m3/min.
