Environment-Friendly Hot Melt Laminating Machine

Usage:

This hot-melt is a new type of environment-friendly cement which is widely used in shoe making and Garment &Textile and other industries.

Used in gluing and laminating EVA, sock lining, fabric and other materials. Apply to adhesive environment friendly materials such as shoemaking, cloth making, bag, case, sport products, sofa, automobile cushion, etc.

Characteristics:

1.It is upgraded substitute machine of traditional super-glue laminating machine, also adhesive sheeted EVA with fabric are available.

2.Thick laminated or entire bunch of sheeted materials all can be laminated well by mightiness conveyor force pressing, which will make the sticked product more firmly.

3.Products are environment-friendly and strong lamination.

4.Surface of heating roller is coated with Teflon in order to efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization.

5.Spreading width can be momentarily designed according to the clients requirement to control the cementing amount,diameter of heating roller is optional.

6.Adjust the speed of heating roller according to the working requirement,both colloid trough and heating roller can control temperature independently.
