1.Introduction of sawdust drying machine:

It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.

It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.

It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.

2.Working principle of drying machine:

New energy-efficient dryer, adopting double drum, double pipe connection, it can dry the saw dust, rice husk, peanut shell and straw all at once. Dryer uses the homemade combustible gas as heating source, drum part and coiled pipe as the drying part. Drum part has two layers: inner drum and outer insulation. Inner drum has three head inner helix slice which can move the drying aggregate in constant speed, we call it stir-frying heating. Coiled pipe secondarily uses the heating source, using draught fan negative pressure to pump the drying aggregate to screw device, then separating and drying.
