1.The description of silica sand dryer:

The silica sand dryer use new energy-efficient drying technology, solve problems about dried coal slime of high viscosity. Due to its high humidity and high cohesive performance, the wet coal slime shall be carried into the breaking equipment through belt conveyor during drying process. When the coal into dryer, five devices ensure the coal don’t bond to cylinder. Drying process technology is mature.

2.Applications of silica sand dryer:

1).A dryer is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses heat energy to reduce the water content of materials.

3. Silica Sand Rotary Dryer Structure:

Silica Sand dryer also named as Drying Machine and Rotary Dryer and is specially designed for sand.It is mainly consist of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc.

4.Working Principles:

1)Wet materials were sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through hopper feeding pipe are sent to the inside.

2)Adjust to the feeding pipe slope so that the wet materials can flow smoothly down the cylinder dryer, dryer cylinder is located in a slope.

3)The materials are sent here from higher end and the heat is sent here from the lower end, thus the materials and the heat will fully contactbecause of the gravity force

4)During the materials moving forward in the cylinder, are directly and indirectly dried by the heater and are sent to the discharge feeder by with the rotation of the cylinder, the materials flow down the lower the belt conveyor or spiral conveyor.
