Working Principle of theGravel StoneCrushing Plant:

Big size stonesfrom hopperare transferred to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and selected into different sizes. The suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and while the unsuitable size will be transferred to another crusher for secondary crushing. And the products from the secondary crusher will go to another vibrating screen and be selected. This forms a closed cycling system. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements. And to meet the environmental friendly requirements, the customers can equip the machines with dust collector.
