Gas Producer Gasification Principle and Role:
1.Air Layer: The main collection of gas produced by gasifier used in space.
2.Dry Layer: An endothermic reaction, drying the coal in the water.
3.Pyrolysis Layer: Coals is in low-temperature carbonization in the pyrolysis layer, and is the special case of the pyrolysis gas. When the pyrolysis is completely without oxygen or provide only limited oxygen gas, it can mineral degradation under the situation of the gas not so lot, that's also to say partial gasification.It's mainly that the coal volatile produces volatilization to be solid carbon, tar(CVCM) and the gasification gas(non-volatile condensate) under the certain temperature.

4.Gasification Layer: There is no presence of oxygen in the reducing layer, and through reaction to produce N co in the oxidation zone. Here with the carbon and water vapor take place reduction reaction to produce CO and H2.
