1. Structure of the sawdust dryer machine:
- Sawdust dryermachineconsists of rotary body, material plate, conveying device, supportive device, sealing ring ,big gear,smial gear,feed port ,discharge port and other components.
- Since the machine has a gradient, the materials enter the cylinder from its higher side. There is full of hot gas in the cylinder, materials will be rolled by the metal plate inside up and down to accelerate the drying rate, then they will pushed to the lower side by the rolling device. The dried materials will be collected at the bottom.

2. Working Principle of the sawdust dryer machine:
- The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for oursawdustdryer machine,which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity.
- Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.
